Sometimes, it’s more about the interaction kids have with the fireworks, rather than how big the fireworks are. My boys and the girls had so much more fun with the ‘puny’ home fireworks than they had at the big ones that I had to share.

Shot taken with a Nikon D7000 set on manual using a Tokina 12-24mm AT-X 124 AF PRO DX lens. The exposure was taken at 24mm, f/22 for 4 seconds at ISO 400. Post capture processing was done in Adobe’s Lightroom 3.
